Wrenfield Residential is a private residential real estate investment and operating firm. The firm acquires, improves, and holds residential assets across a focused set of US growth markets, with a preference for durable demand and patient ownership.

The firm was built around a simple conviction: that residential real estate rewards operators who stay close to the asset and close to the resident. Wrenfield underwrites conservatively, holds for the long term, and measures itself by the condition of its communities and the stability of its cash flows rather than by the pace of its transactions.

Its focus spans multifamily, build-to-rent and single-family rental communities, and select value-add residential across the Southeast, the broader Sun Belt, and Texas. In each, the work is the same: buy well, improve steadily, operate with care, and hold.
